A member of The Boudreaux Group since 1995, Heather Mitchell has served as Project Manager and Project Architect on numerous significant design projects, including multiple award-winning projects. A talented architect especially skillful in executing challenging projects and fueling design inspiration, Heather possesses extensive knowledge in the areas of master planning, programming and historic preservation. A firm leader in sustainable design, she is currently involved in multiple projects seeking Silver LEED certification. Heather is a master of leading large teams and coordinating complex projects with unending energy. As President, she balances her time on projects with time dedicated to firm leadership, including business development, finance, strategic planning and community service.

When not working for clients, Heather is active in the community on a number of fronts. She advocates for Columbia’s transforming economy by serving as an EngenuitySC Board of Trustee Member; likewise, she helps our region promote the value of arts and culture by serving as a Board Member for One Columbia for Arts and History. Heather is an avid runner and has completed two marathons along with the Governor’s Cup Half Marathon and the Marine Corps Mud Run. She also teaches the 4th grade Sunday School class at her church.
